This item doesn't belong on this page. This is a great product for the price. Lastly, PreSonus is a decent company that does try to support its customers and usually puts out decent, lower end products. It works really good, but I have firewire devices as well and my DAW doesn't work with both kinds audioboz, and that was something I didn't know.
Audiobo, if budget is a primary consideration, I'd recommend this Audiobox or an older PCI card which will have less lag and more volume control but may have driver issues in the modern era.

Sound quality is awesome too. But then I had terrible latency with the guitar MIDI keyboard had no latency and thought it was the fault of the product but now I have it connected through a separate USB extension cable and there is no latency at audiobbox. I have seen four PreSonus audio boxes in action.
Good quality and lots of functionality. Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such audjobox an unprinted box or plastic bag.
